How does our process look like?

DISCOVERY

A call to understand the business, the goals, the timeline. If we're the right fit it follows with a proposal, contract, and access to your Notion client portal.

STRATEGY

Using the C.A.S.E. framework and your inputs, we build the brand strategy: positioning, messaging, tone, and visual direction. This is the foundation everything else is built on.

/003/

DESIGN

Strategy becomes visual. Logo suite, full brand identity, collateral with rounds of refinement built in.

/004/

LAUNCH

Final sign-off. Complete brand guidelines document. All assets packaged and organised ready to hand off to any designer, team, or platform that comes next.

Studio Bauno takes on a maximum of 3 active clients at any time so every project gets this level of attention, start to finish.

Before Studio Bauno, I spent years building brands inside fast-growing startups — watching them scale, stretch, and evolve with the businesses behind them. That's where the approach was shaped. Not from a design brief handed over a table. From being inside the decisions. Studio Bauno is named after Bauno — a place in Portugal where the direction of everything became clear. This studio is that clarity in practice.
